Records

With the Records tool, all relevant points of discussion can already be recorded during an ongoing meeting and set into a record that is consensually agreed upon by the participants directly at the end of the meeting. The link between tasks and their corresponding responsibilities can be assigned conveniently from the project participant list – which is a further advantage of the tool compared to the use of a classic solution, such as MS Word.

The protocols and their individual entries are stored in a central database, to which participants with the appropriate authorization have access. This means that the entries can be called up at any time. They can be commented directly in the database and marked accordingly after completion. Different types of minutes can be kept in one module or in parallel modules that are independent of each other, such as planning meetings or construction meetings.
