The Controlling module provides planning offices with a tool that covers three functional areas at once:

personnel planning, contract management and budget control.

Offers and contracts can be entered or created here in compliance with HOAI. The generated billing documents can be exported as PDF files and sent directly from the module.

In the personnel planning tool, projects are planned according to work phases and duration with the required roles (e.g. project manager, senior architect, etc. and their corresponding hourly rates) and put in relation to the project budget. The allocation of specific employees and their actual project hours according to their time recordings is also possible here. This allows for the respective workload to be displayed by person and location.
