Customers who use the time recording tool receive an automatically generated and therefore always up-to-date vacation overview of all employees. The display is calendar-based and can be exported as a web calendar for transfer to MS Outlook or iCal.

Addition: Vacation Requests

For digital vacation requests, a separate extension module is available. It allows vacation requests to be mapped in a multi-stage approval process. Requestors can specify the start and end of the planned vacation and add a comment as well as the responsible project leader. Basic information such as the number of available vacation days and the current status of the time account are automatically calculated and displayed by the system.
