At POOLARSERVER, we are committed to sustainability.
For us, this is not a self-contained task or an empty phrase, but a permanently responsible way of working and living. We want to keep our ecological footprint as small as possible and are constantly striving to get closer to this goal.

We are constantly improving our contributions so that we can continue to offer efficient solutions and thus not restrict the opportunities of future generations.

We are proud to have been a participant in the UN Global Compact since 2024. The UN Global Compact is the world’s largest and most important initiative for sustainable and responsible corporate governance. The UN Global Compact Network Germany (UN GCD) supports companies in strategically anchoring sustainability on the basis of ten universal principles and contributing to the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals.

GHG emissions

The continuous reduction of greenhouse gas emissions is important to us. Our contribution includes, among other things, using public transport for business trips whenever possible. We also reduce the need to commute by offering our employees home offices.

Waste Management

When it comes to avoiding and reducing waste, our main focus is on the use of paper and electrical waste. In particular, we want to reduce paper use to a minimum by 2030 through changes in accounting. 100% of the electrical waste we generate is recycled.

Staff Health

The health and safety of our staffs is a high priority for us. We therefore attach great importance to ergonomic workplace equipment and environments. Homeoffice

Personal interaction and direct collaboration are of great importance to us in order to maintain and promote a sense of community, knowledge sharing and team dynamics. We therefore consider a regular presence in the office to be important and at the same time allow our staffs flexibility in their working arrangements by offering a home office quota.
