The central basis for structured communication and collaboration: As a virtual environment, the project space promotes and documents collaboration between all participants, supports process-based tasks and approval workflows and, thanks to a centralised, private cloud solution, enables access from any time and any location – including via our iOS and Android apps.
The contact details of all project participants are centrally organised and clearly managed here. Whether company-related access or individual logins – the address list adapts flexibly to your project requirements. With the poolarPROJECT app (for Android and iOS), you can access all your important contacts offline at any time.
The poolarPROJECT app is available for mobile use. With functions such as the plan display including an update check and the recording of defects directly on the construction site, the app perfectly complements the web application. Mobile data can be synchronised later – if there is no network – and made available centrally – for seamless collaboration, even on the move.
Tasks, deadlines and responsibilities at a glance. Topics such as planning reviews, contract tasks and protocols are presented in a clearly structured manner. Previous tasks, current statuses and downloads can be accessed centrally. The dashboard ensures transparency and shows where action is needed.

Centralised plan and file storage with integrated IFC viewer for the simple exchange of plans and data between all project participants. Versioning and changes are logged. Intelligent folder structures and filter options ensure that teams always have an overview. Approvals and access rights can be controlled individually.
User-friendly solution for the digital checking and approval of plans to optimise plan approval processes.
Inspection stamps, comments and a sketch tool make the process easier for all inspectors. An inspection log documents all test points, and automatic emails inform all those involved. The dashboard provides a clear overview of tasks, deadlines and status.
Collaboration directly in the model: Topics are precisely localised, documented and commented on. Tasks and responsibilities are clearly defined, while progress is tracked in real time. Integration into common BIM tools (Autodesk Revit and Solibri) ensures a smooth workflow.
Simple management of all room-related information for a building – from room temperature and permissible load-bearing capacity to specific requirements for floor coverings, wall construction or technical equipment. Individually customisable parameters such as free text comments, area markings and planner assignments create a high degree of flexibility.

Defects are recorded, documented and tracked centrally. Mobile recording on site (poolarPROJECT app) or on the office computer enables flexible working methods. Automated notifications and deadlines ensure fast processing. The module offers transparency and a complete overview of the processing status.
All construction events can be viewed at any time and documented centrally on a daily basis. Simple recording thanks to ready-made selection fields and free text options. Parallel use by several specialised construction managers enables seamless collaboration. Filter and evaluation options provide a clear overview of construction progress and project details. Automated integration and display of DWD weather data is possible.
Ensuring the use of up-to-date plans: In the poolarPROJECT app, a QR code function is available with which appropriately coded plans can be checked for plan up-to-dateness very easily and from anywhere using the integrated scan function.
Plan versions can be compared quickly and clearly. Changes are highlighted in colour so that deviations are immediately recognisable. The function saves time when checking adjustments and reduces the risk of misunderstandings in planning.
