Our cloud solutions cover different areas in the day-to-day work of architecture and engineering firms: poolarPROJECT enables project-related collaboration with external project participants, while poolarOFFICE bundles internal processes in a centralised solution. Both applications can be used independently of each other. In combination, however, it offers a continuous connection between office management and project work – conveniently via single sign-on and without having to log in again.

Plans and documents are available in a centralised, structured and transparent manner. Timely submission can be clearly documented, processing statuses are always visible and quality checks can be carried out without changing media. The “bring and collect” principle is applicable.
Centralised plan and file storage for the simple exchange of plans and data between all project participants. Versioning and changes are logged. Intelligent folder structures and filter options ensure that teams always have an overview. Approvals and access rights can be controlled individually.
User-friendly solution for the digital checking and approval of plans to optimise plan approval processes.
Inspection stamps, comments and a sketch tool make the process easier for all inspectors. An inspection log documents all test points, and automatic emails inform all those involved. The dashboard provides a clear overview of tasks, deadlines and status.
Collaboration directly in the model: Topics are precisely localised, documented and commented on. Tasks and responsibilities are clearly defined, while progress is tracked in real time. Integration into common BIM tools(Autodesk Revit and Solibri) ensures a smooth workflow.

Previous tasks, current statuses and downloads can be accessed centrally. The dashboard ensures transparency and shows where action is needed.

All decisions on planning specifications, changes and sampling are organised and documented centrally. Entries are labelled with deadlines, status and an entry history to ensure transparency and traceability. Opinions and recommendations form the basis for well-founded decisions.
Invoices, follow-ups and hourly wage work are digitally recorded, checked and documented. Automated notifications and deadlines ensure fast processing. The module offers transparency and a complete overview of the processing status.
All construction events can be viewed at any time and documented centrally on a daily basis. Simple recording thanks to ready-made selection fields and free text options. Parallel use by several specialised construction managers enables seamless collaboration. Filter and evaluation options provide a clear overview of construction progress and project details. Automated integration and display of DWD weather data is possible.
Important project data at your fingertips at all times – whether in the office, on the construction site or on the road. The app enables mobile access to project participants, plans, documents, tasks and defect management. Changes are synchronised directly or updated if the network is missing.
Ensuring the use of up-to-date plans: In the poolarPROJECT app, a QR code function is available with which appropriately coded plans can be checked for plan up-to-dateness very easily and from anywhere using the integrated scan function.
In addition to the browser version, some modules are also optimised for mobile use in the poolarPROJECT app of the same name.
