In the poolarPROJECT project space, many processes come together on one platform – the decision management module forms a building block for optimised decision-making, e.g. for planning specifications, planning changes, sampling and execution changes. All relevant steps from the preparation of the application to the final decision are presented in a structured manner in the digitally mapped decision-making process.

The change request to be decided is initially created in the individual entry. This is where all relevant information is collated and precisely prepared – the basis for all subsequent steps:

A user-friendly interface enables the structured and consistent recording of different data via input fields for text, date, files as attachments and selection lists with project participants.

Complete application data forms the solid basis for subsequent processing and coordination steps in the decision-making process.
The change request can be assigned to the planners involved from affected areas and to the project management for comments before the client is asked to make a decision.

The view depends on the login: Your own tasks appear in the “To do” area, while the tasks of others are also automatically listed in the dashboard for project participants with extended rights – so responsibilities are directly visible.
Fast Navigation
Important entries, deadlines and responsibilities can be found via practical sections and status displays and processed quickly via direct links to the respective decision requests.
Targeted Cooperation
Thanks to the direct link to the decision-making processes, comments, assignments and final approvals are seamlessly integrated into the dashboard.
