To whom it may concern,

It is with pleasure that I would like to announce that I have passed on my position as Managing Director to our long-time employee Mr. Tobias Skarman, effective June 19, 2023. In terms of a succession arrangement that ensures continuity, my partner Dr. Friedle and I cannot imagine a better solution.

Mr. Skarman has been with us from the very beginning, and for 15 years we have had the privilege of working with him. He started with us as a student and has been the head of our IT department for many years. He has played a significant role in making Poolarserver the product as you know it.

Mr. Skarman is, of course, a different from me. But we are convinced that he is the right person to continue to position Poolarserver successfully in the market in an increasingly demanding environment.

The fact that I am giving up my position as Managing Director does not mean that I will be leaving the company. I will continue to be actively involved over a longer period of time to ensure a good transition and to be able to devote myself more to what fills me with joy: the further development of the product.
