The ideal candidate will:

  • have a good IT understanding and have experience with web-based applications.
  • be willing to understand and work with complex systems.
  • be open, communicative, and like working in a team.
  • have very good knowledge of spoken and written German.

Your responsibilities :

  • service-oriented customer support via telephone and ticket system
  • creation and maintenance of documentation, information letters and websites
  • be open and communicative with customers
  • support in the development of our products
