- have a good IT understanding and have experience with web-based applications.
- be willing to understand and work with complex systems.
- be open, communicative, and like working in a team.
- have very good knowledge of spoken and written German.
Your responsibilities :
- service-oriented customer support via telephone and ticket system
- creation and maintenance of documentation, information letters and websites
- be open and communicative with customers
- support in the development of our products
